CCWA ProjectsRoute 53 Highway CleanupThe Association conducts regular cleanups of PA Highway 53 from Syberton through Ashville to Dean under the Pennsylvania Adopt a Highway program. The total highway cleanup now covers nine (9) miles. Four times a year, several dozen members and volunteers hike the highway, and remove trash from the roadside.
Other Trash CleanupSeveral illegal dumpsites along Belden Hollow Road have been cleaned up, and names of apparent perpetrators have been turned over to the Fish and Game Commissions. |
